I have updated 3.0.0.9 again, and here is what has changed: -
- I have tightened up the security. Thanks to various people for making me aware of the potential hole that could be exploited by malicious code.
- I have added a Preview Mode option. This was requested/suggested by Peter Lairo, and because I have been rather harsh with him, I decided to spend some time on it
Here are more details of the new Preview Mode option: -
On the Feeds tab on the Options page, you’ll now find a new section that should look something like this
If Preview Mode is enabled, you’ll be able to chose if the preview should open on the current Firefox tab, or if it should open on a new tab. For those who aren’t familiar with Wizz RSS’ preview functionality (I think many are unaware of Wizz RSS’ ability to display a feed preview), the preview page should look something like this
